(150 Word Minimum) i believe that it comes naturally to me to be authoratative in situations when they arise, im a natural leader, and i believe that with time comes experience, i have 3000 hours on gmod(and no i didnt afk those, all of them are played), and it somewhat shows in my game knowledge and my intuition when it comes to rules. i can be a bit on the stickler side of things but for the most part i am very helpful to any community that i become a part of. i wish to become this rank in part due to the need of staff on this particular server, i also believe that i can contribute in a positive way to the server as a whole and the people inside it.i also would like to mention that i do have good ideas in terms of development, i may not have the skills of being able to develop something, but i do have good ideas that could contribute to the growth of the server as a whole, and possibly bring in more to the community.  How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you brin him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? firstly i would immediately jail them at the first sign of mass RDM. then bring them to me, seeing as i dont need more complaints sent to me over the same rdm case. secondly if i brought them and they immediately started cursing i would warn them to stop cursing and listen to me. if they persist, i would immediately gag them and force them to listen. i would give them the reasoning behind the jail and the bring and i would then dole out whatever punishment is neccesary. with mass rdm being a higher scaled offense i would most likely ban them for 3 days to a week, with the inclusion of the verbal abuse it would possibly be a 2 week ban, if the behavior persists directly after the ban is up, and i see they have been banned before, i would most likely double their ban to 4 weeks. if they came back again and did the same thing, i would instantly perma them. seeing as they were severely rude and caused a massive outburst of reports along with the fact that he has no intention to roleplay.[/color]
